(MedPage Today) -- Case Findings: An 11-year-old girl presents with a pruritic rash, fever, and fatigue after returning from a family vacation 2 days earlier. The papular, erythematous rash is seen on the area of skin that was covered by her bathing suit. Her mother mentions that she spent a lot of time in the hotel hot tub during the last days of their holiday.
