New Orleans considers facility to treat mental health based off model in St. Tammany Parish

City officials are considering a different approach to treat mental health, and the new model aims to decriminalize mental illness. The model is called Safe Haven and the city is basing it off a concept that's already being developed in St. Tammany Parish.
