Oregon College of Oriental Medicine lands a new boss
The Oregon College of Oriental Medicine has a new president.
Deborah Howe has assumed the helm of the institution, which specializes in teaching acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Howe actually started her job May 18.
A release announcing her hiring said Howe's leadership style "is deeply informed by credentials in urban planning and community development with an emphasis on creating healthy communities" She's also a long-term advocate for acupuncture and integrative medicine.
