CDC: Outbreak linked to Dole Springfield 'appears to be over'

The Centers for Disease Control says a listeria outbreak linked to Dole Foods' Springfield plant "appears to be over." The CDC has been inveatigating the outbreak, linked to packaged salads produced at the Springfield facility, since September with cases going back to July 2015.
