Groves Presents Methods for Developing Robust Adaptation Plans in the Energy Sector

WCRC codirector David Groves briefed stakeholders at the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and the California Energy Commission’s Workshop on Climate Adaptation in the Energy Sector. He presented methods for developing robust adaptation plans in the energy sector and highlighted the need for policy research and practice to work together.
