Choroidal hemangioma is a benign vascular tumor presenting in circumscribed and diffused forms, often leading to profound visual loss. In symptomatic cases, 50% of patients present with a visual acuity of 20/200 or worse in the long term if untreated [1]. The management of circumscribed choroidal hemangioma (CCH) has evolved over the past several decades from laser photocoagulation, transpupillary thermotherapy, and radiotherapy to the wide usage of recent photodynamic therapy (PDT).
