Genital Ulcers Are Not Always Because of Sexually Transmitted Infections: A Case Report of an Unusual Presentation of Fixed Drug Eruption in a Pediatric Patient

We report a case of fixed drug eruption to Ibuprofen that presented with balanitis and genital ulcers. Fixed drug eruption (FDE) is characterized by sharply demarcated pruritic, erythematous plaques and the diagnostic hallmark is its recurrence at previously affected sites (Maliyar et al., 2019).
