BMA 'dismayed' as MPs rubber-stamp plan for GMC to regulate physician associates

MPs have 'consented to the blurring of the roles of doctor and physician associate' by rubber-stamping legislation to make the GMC responsible for regulating staff who are not doctors, the BMA has warned.
