Using Real-Time Data to Mitigate Nurse Burnout

As the largest segment of our health care workforce, nurse burnout and turnover are a major risk to the health of our communities and sustainability of our health care ecosystems. As nurse leaders, it is imperative that we identify the risk for burnout and intervene in a real-time fashion. Leveraging technology solutions that allow for available, accessible, and usable information can support nurse leaders in mitigating the risk of burnout and turnover within their areas of accountability.
