New GPC chair sets out ambitions for expected one-year GP contract in 2024/25

The BMA is likely to push for changes to the GP contact that would limit partners' liabilities, alongside measures to reduce workload, in negotiations for what it expects to be a one-year deal for 2024/25, the new chair of the BMA GP committee in England has suggested.
