Radially Displaced Perilunate Injuries: A Report of Two Cases

We present two unusual cases of radially displaced perilunate dislocations, one of which involved acute ulnar nerve compression requiring Guyon's canal release. The first case underwent closed reduction and cast immobilization but developed scapholunate instability, necessitating secondary ligament reconstruction.
