Blue Bell reaches agreements with some states outlining steps to return products to market

Texas-based Blue Bell Creameries LP said Thursday it has reached agreements with the states of Texas and Oklahoma outlining the steps the company will take to return its products to market. The ice cream company shut down all of its plants and recalled all products in April because of a listeria contamination.
