Research is needed on the effectiveness of family-centred interventions, for example, FSNCs, on specific health-related outcomes for stroke survivors and their families. Context Stroke and its after-effects can impact the entire family. Families need long-term support poststroke to maintain family well-being. Family-centred interventions have demonstrated improved family functioning and social support.1 2 One such intervention is FSNCs.
