Gastrointestinal Involvement of Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis with Histological Evidence of Treatment Response

Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) is a rare systemic vasculitis of small to medium vessels. Gastrointestinal involvement is uncommon and is associated with higher mortality.
