Effectiveness and safety of topical calcipotriol in the treatment of flat seborrheic keratosis on the face

We present a case series of 12 patients with solitary seborrheic keratosis localized on the face treated with 0.005% calcipotriol ointment. The treatment lasted 3-8 months and resulted in complete regression of the lesions. Remission (follow-up period) lasted from 6 to 10 years. We conclude that topical calcipotriol may be a useful treatment option for seborrheic keratosis.PMID:36752725 | DOI:10.1111/ajd.13997
