Thecal Transection and Canal Fusion With Structural Allograft for Refractory Charcot Spinal Arthropathy: Technical Note

We report on a technique of thecal transection and canal fusion with structural allograft as a salvage technique for refractory cases of Charcot spinal arthropathy. We illustrate the technique with 4 procedures done in 3 patients, over a period of 10 years.
