Coronal Alignment in Adult Spinal Deformity Surgery: Definitions, Measurements, Treatment Algorithms, and Impact on Clinical Outcomes

The objectives of the current narrative review were to (1) define coronal alignment and discuss existing measurements; (2) report the incidence and prevalence of coronal malalignment (CM); (3) discuss the impact of CM on clinical outcomes; and (4) describe our preferred treatment algorithm of surgical correction of CM in ASD.
