Research by Cleveland behavioral health expert sheds light on substance abuse disorders and inequitable treatment among people of color

Martina Moore is CEO of a successful Cleveland-based counseling and mediation service agency. Most of her clients (70%) are white and many have access to her advanced treatment like equine therapy and psychiatry to treat substance use disorders (SUD) and mental illness.
