Comparative Analysis of Angiographic Parameters and Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Outcomes in Diverse Populations in T ürkiye
CONCLUSION: Comparable MACCE rates were observed in both ethnic groups undergoing PCI, despite a higher SYNTAX score in Syrian patients. Future research should investigate whether similar in-hospital MACCE rates are observed in other regions of Türkiye and whether long-term cardiovascular outcomes differ between Turkish and Syrian patients.PMID:38573097 | DOI:10.5543/tkda.2024.94024 (Source: Turk Kardiyoloji Dernegi arsivi)

Assessing the Feasibility of a Two-Cohort Design to Assess the Potential of Homeopathic Medicinal Products to Reduce Antimicrobial Resistance in Turkeys (The HOMAMR Project)-Study Protocol
CONCLUSION: To our knowledge, this is the first feasibility study on the treatment of turkeys using homeopathy, and whose retrospectively obtained data will inform a prospective study that would examine the impact of HMPs on antibiotic use in commercial turkey raising, fattening and breeding production.PMID:38574753 | DOI:10.1055/s-0044-1781448 (Source: Homeopathy)

Can we manage the melanocytic lesions with peripheral globules according to the grade of dysplasia?
CONCLUSIONS: To avoid the underdiagnosis of both melanomas and high-grade dysplastic nevi with PGs, the irregular shape of peripheral globules and multiple colours after the third decade may be useful in making an excision decision. The risk increases every 1-year increase in age. Excision is suggested for all melanocytic lesions with PGs for patients 60 years or older because of the high risk of melanoma and melanocytic nevus with high-grade dysplasia.PMID:38572867 | DOI:10.1111/ajd.14261 (Source: The Australasian Journal of Dermatology)
