Interlaminar ESI Injectate Question
I was looking at the LCD regarding steroids allowed for ESI's. Dexamethasone can be used with no issue. However, the use of methylprednisolone was eliminated (see below) unless I'm reading this incorrectly. When it comes to Triamcinolone I am a little confused. Kenalog is not approved for Epidural use, which I presume is due to preservatives? So it appears you can use preservative free Triamcinolone? Is this correct? (Source: Student Doctor Network)

This place has stock of most of our necessities besides contrast. I buy stuff from here frequently. I have bought wheelchairs/bandaids/tape/4x4s. Most all of it was McKesson or Medline products once it arrived. The wheelchairs were large ones from Cardinal for $100 each. They were $450 chairs typically. Lots of good deals. Zilretta?
Just curious if any one is using Zilretta (extended release triamcinolone)? If so, are you using it for the knee only, or for other areas? ESIs? Your thoughts on this? I have not used it, but rep has come by a couple times. I hear the ortho group in my area is using it. (Source: Student Doctor Network)
