Efficacy and safety of PARP inhibitors combined with antiangiogenic agents in the maintenance treatment of ovarian cancer: a systematic review and meta-analysis with trial sequential analysis of randomized controlled trials
Conclusion: Our study demonstrated the PFS benefit of combination therapy with PARP inhibitors and antiangiogenic agents in patients with OC. The OS result need to be updated after the original trial data is mature. Myelodysplastic and myeloproliferative neoplasms (MDS/MPNs) are a group of heterogeneous clonal hematological diseases with overlapping clinical, genetic, and morphological myelodysplastic and myeloproliferative features1 –3. MDS/MPNs of childhood are rare with juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML) being best described1,4. Clinical signs of JMML include hepatosplenomegaly, and infiltrations of skin, gut and lung4. Sarcopenia is associated with leukopenia in urothelial carcinoma patients who receive tislelizumab combined with gemcitabine and cisplatin therapy
ConclusionsPatients with sarcopenia were more likely to develop leukopenia after receiving T  + GC. There were no notable alterations observed in relation to anemia or thrombocytopenia. No significant difference was found between the sarcopenia group and non-sarcopenia group in terms of tumor response and grade 3–4 hematological toxicity.
