Definitive Management of Breast Cancer
Seeing a 93 yo with strong PS and no comorbid illness to limit life expectancy. She has a 3cm ER/PR+ breast cancer, and just refuses surgery for some reason. She'll agree to Tamoxifen and potentially radiation. Any role for XRT here? Just put her on TAM and wait to see if there is progression at any point? (Source: Student Doctor Network)
