The sensitivity of a neck CT scan in detecting pneumothoraces in nonpenetrating trauma
CONCLUSION: The neck CT scan has demonstrated high sensitivity and specificity in pneumothorax detection. Predicting survival in locally advanced gastric cancer using prognostic factors - neoadjuvant rectal score and downstaging depth score
CONCLUSION: In summary, our research indicates that NAR score and DDS may serve as useful prognostic markers for predicting overall survival in patients with locally advanced gastric cancer who receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by curative surgery. Perforated peptic ulcer - a case series and an African perspective
CONCLUSION: Patients were mostly smokers, presented late to hospital and had gastric perforations. A rare case of adult intussusception
In this report, we present a 53-year-old male with an ileocaecal intussusception. The patient underwent an extended right hemicolectomy and double barrel ileocolostomy.
