Happy New Year! Since I ate mostly raw for 2021 – so many salads! – I can go back to eating more cooked food today. Oddly I feel less motivated to do that than I expected. For the month of August, I’ve been doing a new dietary experiment. I’m eating grain-free, legume-free, and sugar-free. I’m doing this mainly out of curiosity to see what effect it has.
