Accuray opens training facility in Switzerland
Accuray has opened a new training center in Genolier, Switzerland, that will serve as the European education hub for radiosurgery and radiotherapy product training.
The training center will promote the sharing of best practices and innovative techniques using Accuray's CyberKnife and Radixact radiation treatment delivery systems, as well as its Precision treatment planning system.
The new center is the most recent addition to the company's existing training hubs in Madison, WI; Tokyo, Japan; and Tianjin, China.

UNISON will continue to strengthen the Race for Equality campaign
In a motion on equipping branches to tackle race discrimination in the NHS, the health service group executive stressed that UNISON is continuing to strengthen its Race for Equality campaign that was a centrepiece to the union’s Year of Black Workers in 2023.
Maria Alberts for the service group executive told delegates: “Racism does exist in the NHS”.

AUSTIN, TX -- Hands-on training that works better with medical students' schedules can improve practical skills and foster mentorship for promoting ultrasound use, according to research presented April 7 at UltraCon.
