Aortic Valvular Papillary Fibroelastoma Leading to Acute Ischemic Stroke in a Pediatric Patient (P1.286)
Conclusions:Previously published cases of children with IS and PF have identified the mitral valve as the site of the PF. Our case demonstrates that aortic valvular PF can be associated with IS in pediatric patients.
