ConclusionChildren with SCD have the potential for extensive and early-onset bone morbidity. In this series, IV bisphosphonates were effective for bone pain analgesia and did not trigger sickle cell complications.

Conclusion This study found that the ΔHR (HRt minus resting HR) correlated with duration of clinical recovery in participants who were prescribed relative rest or a placebo-stretching program but not for participants prescribed sub-threshold aerobic exercise. CONCLUSION: Skew deviation, a not uncommon clinical condition, should be promptly recognized when binocular vertical diplopia cannot be interpreted by trochlearis and oculomotor nerve lesion, myasthenia gravis, or orbital pathology. Maddox rod, cover test, Parks-Bielschowsky three-step, and other tests should help to establish the diagnosis. The prognosis depends on etiology, but it is commonly favorable; the majority of patients recover spontaneously after less than a year. We describe a case of successful management of a growing basilar artery dissecting aneurysm by the Pipeline flow diversion embolization device (PED). A 48-year-old woman presented with severe headache, neck pain, and altered consciousness. Computed tomography showed subarachnoid hemorrhage located in basal cisterns, with a pontine infarct shown on magnetic resonance imaging.
