GSE232936 Gene expression profiles of endothelium, microglia and oligodendrocytes in hippocampus of post-stroke depression rat at single cell resolution
This study characterized the single cell expression profile of hippocampal PSD, and unmask the differential expressed genes of endothelium, microglia and oligodendrocytes, emphasizing the crosstalk among them to provide theoretical basis for the in-depth mechanism research and drug therapy of PSD.

Determination of 18 Trace Elements in 10 Batches of the Tibetan Medicine Qishiwei Zhenzhu Pills by Direct Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry
Evid Based Complement Alternat Med. 2022 Jan 13;2022:8548378. doi: 10.1155/2022/8548378. eCollection 2022.ABSTRACTQishiwei Zhenzhu pills (QSW) was first recorded in the Tibetan medicine classic Si Bu Yi Dian and has been used to treat "Baimai" disease, stroke, paralysis, hemiplegia, cerebral hemorrhage, and other diseases till today. This prescription contains more than 70 medicines including myrobalan, pearl, agate, opal, bezoar, coral, musk, gold, silver, and a mineral mixture Zuotai. As a result, QSW contains a large amount of mercury, copper, lead, and other trace elements. The aim of this study was to determine the 18...

Details on the effect of very short dual antiplatelet therapy after drug-eluting stent implantation in patients with high bleeding risk: insight from the STOPDAPT-2 trial
In conclusion, the effects of 1-month DAPT for the primary and major secondary endpoints were consistent in HBR and non-HBR patients without any significant interactions. The benefit of 1-month DAPT in reducing major bleeding was numerically greater in HBR patients.Clinical trial registration Short and optimal duration of dual antiplatelet therapy after everolimus-eluting cobalt –chromium stent-2 [STOPDAPT-2]; NCT02619760.

Long-Term Safety and Efficacy of Durable Polymer Cobalt-Chromium Everolimus-Eluting Stents in Patients at High Bleeding Risk: A Patient-Level Stratified Analysis from Four Post-Approval Studies.
Conclusions: Compared to the non-HBR population, HBR patients experienced worse 4-year outcomes after PCI with CoCr everolimus-eluting stent. Both CTE and MB had a significant impact on subsequent risk of mortality irrespective of bleeding risk. PMID: 31992063 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]

Effect of load on the friction and wear properties of aluminum hybrid composite/chromium plated chrome steel tribopair under boundary lubrication conditions
Publication date: Available online 20 December 2019Source: Materials Today: ProceedingsAuthor(s): Pranav Dev Srivyas, M.S. CharooAbstractFriction and wear loss are the main reason that contribute to the failure in the IC engine components. This emerges the demand for the light weight, low friction and wear resistant material to enhance the efficiency and to reduce the emission problem in the IC engine components. In this concern, tribological test are performed on the hybrid aluminium matrix composites (Al–Si/Al2O3/GNP) composite fabricated using non-conventional rapid Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) against chromium plated...

Boston Scientific ’s Shining Moment at TCT
Perhaps one of Boston Scientific’s greatest moments at the 31st Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT), the annual scientific symposium of the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, came when the company announced primary endpoint results from the EVOLVE Short DAPT clinical trial. The Marlborough, MA-based company said the trial evaluated its Synergy Bioabsorbable Polymer (BP) stent and that the EVOLVE is first prospective study initiated in the U.S. to examine the safety of a shortened duration of dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) in patients at high risk for bleeding. Results and demonstrated that ...
