Reversible Cerebral Vasoconstriction Syndrome Presenting as Coma (P4.354)
Conclusions: RCVS rarely can present with coma and multifocal infarctions. Exact pathophysiology remains unknown but disruption of sympathetic tone and endothelial dysfunction have been implicated.
