P-006 Does clot density predict the success of first-pass clot aspiration in thrombectomy for stroke?
ConclusionClot density may help guide thrombectomy approach for stroke. In our study higher HU values correlated with better recanalization but required more passes. Higher HU values indicating greater clot density correlated with worse post-operative outcomes. Future studies may be required to confirm the findings and gather further evidence to optimize thrombectomy approaches for stroke management based on clot densityDisclosures K. Joshi: None. J. P-007 Thrombectomy techniques alter the pathology of harvested clots
ConclusionThe pathological evaluation of the retrieved clot can be affected by the original clot type and the type of mechanical thrombectomy. These differences in changes in clot pathology need to be recognized for stroke research.Abstract P-007 Figure 1Disclosures T. P-008 Probabilistic ensemble learning for prediction of stroke thrombectomy outcomes from the neurovascular quality initiative-quality outcomes database (NVQI-QOD) registry
ConclusionsThis study demonstrates the utility of probabilistic ensemble learning in clinical decision-making and prognosis. It can provide robust predictions as well as quantify data uncertainty. Our results regarding NIHSS changes reinforce the substantial benefits of MT, that can improve outcomes in nearly half of patients. The degree of disability relevant to the 90-day follow-up mRS can be determined by probabilistic learning available as early as discharge.Disclosures C. Zhou: None. S. Faruqui: None. A. Patel: None. P-009 Reperfusion injury after endovascular thrombectomy may be related to pre-treatment infarct topography
ConclusionsGreater basal ganglia infarct volume was associated with a higher risk of HT when accounting for infarct volumes in other regions. Susceptibility vessel sign was associated with basal ganglia infarct volume, which may be related to acute middle cerebral artery perforator occlusion.Disclosures R. P-011 Risk of intracranial hemorrhage associated with rescue intracranial stenting in patients who receive IV thrombolysis
ConclusionsIn this retrospective study of a 10-year experience at a high-volume comprehensive stroke center, our study shows that rescue stenting after failed mechanical thrombectomy in the setting of prior administration of IV thrombolysis appears to be associated with a higher rate of all types of intracranial hemorrhages, but similar rates of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage. 90-day functional status was better in the patients who received IV tPA, although the 90-day mortality was higher. Our report suggests that further larger studies are needed to determine the safety and efficacy of RS for failed mechanical thromb...

P-020 Anterior circulation site-specific results for stent-assisted coiling - carotid vs. others: one-year outcomes from neuroform atlas stent pivotal trial
ConclusionBased on these findings of the ATLAS IDE trial, the Neuroform Atlas Stent System is a safe and efficacious treatment modality for unruptured anterior circulation intracranial aneurysms in both proximal and distal, bifurcation aneurysms. P-024 Diffuse correlation spectroscopy in acute ischemic stroke neurointerventional procedures; initial experience and preliminary results

P-028 Impact of the covid-19 pandemic on the intracranial aneurysm treatment and associated outcomes: a propensity score matching study
Conclusions and RelevanceThe COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the healthcare system and has led to changes in the treatment of various neurological conditions, including ICAs. The pandemic resulted in a shift in the treatment of SAH and an increase in endovascular procedures over open surgical clipping. COVID-19 infection has been associated with an increased risk of ischemic stroke and worsened outcomes for stroke patients. Further research is necessary to understand the long-term effects of the pandemic on the healthcare system and patient outcomes.Disclosures A. Ghaith: None. M. Ghanem: None. E. Greco: None....

E-006 U.S. health care system-wide transition from alteplase to tenecteplase before mechanical thrombectomy: functional outcomes, early reperfusion rates, intracranial bleeding and femoral access site complications
