External Validation of Risk Scores for Major Bleeding in a Population-Based Cohort of Transient Ischemic Attack and Ischemic Stroke Patients Clinical Sciences
Conclusions—The S2TOP-BLEED score shows modest performance in a population-based cohort of patients with a transient ischemic attack or ischemic stroke. Although bleeding risks were associated with risks of ischemic events, risk stratification may still be useful to identify a subgroup of patients at particularly high risk of bleeding, in whom preventive measures are indicated.

Predictors of Thrombolysis Administration in Mild Stroke Clinical Sciences
Conclusions—Mild acutely presenting stroke patients are more likely to receive thrombolysis if they are young, white, or Hispanic and arrive early to the hospital with more severe neurological presentation. Identification of predictors of thrombolysis is important in design of future studies to assess the use of thrombolysis for mild stroke.

Validating the TeleStroke Mimic Score Clinical Sciences
We report the area under the curve in receiver-operating characteristic curve analysis with 95% confidence interval for our previously derived TM score in which lower TM scores correspond with a higher likelihood of being a stroke mimic.Results—Based on final diagnosis at the end of the telestroke consultation, there were 630 of 1930 (32.6%) stroke mimics in the external validation cohort.
