Glycated hemoglobin variability and the risk of cardiovascular events in patients with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes mellitus: A post‐hoc analysis of a prospective and multicenter study
ConclusionHigh HbA1c variability in the highest quartile showed a statistically significant association with multiple adverse cardiovascular events in an Asian population. Minimizing HbA1c fluctuation during long-term follow up should be another important objective for type 2 diabetes patients.

Effect of Beta-Blocker on Long-Term Major Cardiovascular Events in High Atherosclerotic Risk Population
CONCLUSION: In patients with high atherosclerotic cardiovascular risk, taking beta-blockers had a higher risk of 3P-MACEs. Stroke resource utilisation and all-cause mortality in Thailand 2017-2020: A retrospective, cross-sectional study
Conclusion
The highest mean cost per patient was found in patients with haemorrhagic stroke. Receiving rehabilitation was associated with lower cost and mortality risk. Rehabilitation and disability outcomes should be improved to ensure an enhancement of health outcomes and efficient use of resources.
