CONCLUSION: RAS inhibitors are preferred for the treating hypertension and improving CV outcomes in patients with hypertension and breast cancer undergoing DOX-containing chemotherapy, particularly in patients with comorbid diabetes. Percutaneous coronary intervention versus coronary artery bypass grafting among patients with left ventricular systolic dysfunction: a systematic review and meta-analysis
CONCLUSION: The results of this meta-analysis suggest that CABG is superior to PCI for patients with LVSD. Long ‐term success of a multi‐electrode substrate mapping and ablation strategy versus a classic single tip mapping and ablation strategy for ventricular tachycardia ablation in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy
ConclusionsIn patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy, a HD substrate mapping, and ablation strategy did not lead to higher VT-free survival and shock-free survival compared to a single tip mapping and ablation strategy. In this study, only LVF is an independent predictor for VT recurrence. Anterior infarct location and age predict recurrent ICD shocks.

Center-Level Variation in Failure to Rescue Following Pediatric Cardiac Surgery
CONCLUSIONS: In the present study, center-level variations in mortality were more strongly explained by differences in FTR than complications.
