Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma revealed by a cerebral vascular stroke: A case report
We report the case of a 75-year-old patient admitted to the emergency room following a classic hemorrhagic stroke. The CT scan showed a hyperdense tumor-like process with perilesional edema, the diagnosis reinforced by (MRI). The patient underwent macroscopically total surgical excision and the anatomo pathological examination concluded a diffuse non-Hodgkin's B large cell lymphoma.
