We performed a global transcriptome analysis of keratinocytes upon the HOXC13-AS knockdown using Affymetrix arrays.

Expression of pituitary tumor-transforming gene-1 and its pathogenic role in systemic sclerosis.
CONCLUSIONS: PTTG1 is highly expressed in skin tissues of patients with SSc, and PTTG1 knockdown can reduce the activity of the dermal fibroblasts, suggesting a close correlation of PTTG1 with fibrosis in SSc. PMID: 33243736 [PubMed - in process]

CRM1 and chromosomal passenger complex component survivin are essential to normal mitosis progress and to preserve keratinocytes from mitotic abnormalities
ConclusionBasal keratinocytes may divide frequently during skin lifespan, and signs of deterioration could appear such as loss of protein factors required for correct mitosis. Our findings suggest that mitotic abnormalities can be prevented by the modulation of CRM1 and survivin. Evidence for glycosylation as a regulator of the pigmentary system: key roles of sialyl(α2-6)gal/GalNAc-terminated glycans in melanin synthesis and transfer
CONCLUSIONS. We report for the first time that Neu5Ac (α(2-6)Gal/GalNAc)- and possibly Neu5Ac(α(2–3)Gal/GalNAc)-terminated oligosaccharides play multiple roles in melanin synthesis and transfer.
