Nintedanib as the First Treatment for Group of Progressive Interstitial Lung Diseases: A Review of Patent Literature
CONCLUSION: Extensive research has been conducted on multiple methods for manufacturing Nintedanib and its formulations. This dynamic study has the potential to create opportunities for numerous generic companies to enter the United States market. This, in turn, will improve healthcare accessibility by lowering costs.PMID:37710999 | DOI:10.2174/2772270817666230914103435

Clinical severity of LTP syndrome is associated with an expanded IgE repertoire, FDEIA, FDHIH, and LTP mono reactivity
Conclusions. Clinical severity of LTP syndrome is associated with an expanded IgE repertoire in terms of the number of LTP components recognized and increased IgE levels in individual molecules. Ara h 9, Cor a 8, and Mal d 3 showed the strongest association with clinical severity. In addition, several cofactors may either exacerbate (FDEIA, FDHIH, and LTP monoreactivity) or ameliorate (atopic dermatitis and co-sensitization to profilin and/or PR10) individual patient outcomes. These factors may be utilized for the daily clinical management of LTP syndrome.PMID:37712443 | DOI:10.23822/EurAnnACI.1764-1489.314

Predicting the Outcome of the Buckwheat Oral Challenge Test: A First Evaluation Assuming a Single Serving of Boiled Buckwheat Noodles
Conclusions. Forecasting OFC outcomes based on buckwheat-specific IgE antibody levels poses a challenge, even when taking into account the total quantity of buckwheat that can be consumed in a single occasion.PMID:37712396 | DOI:10.23822/EurAnnACI.1764-1489.315
