Effects of Exercise on Physical Function and Quality of Life in Prostate Cancer Patients Receiving Androgen Deprivation Therapy: High-Intensity Interval Training versus Moderate-Intensity Continuous Training
Conclusion: The 12-week exercise program has a positive effect on the physical function and hQoL in prostate cancer patients who underwent ADT. In these patients, compared with MICT, HIIT may be a better option for improving muscle endurance, which is thought to be significant for preventing falls and fractures in elderly patients.Urol Int (Source: Urologia Internationalis)

Adrenal Tuberculosis: A Case Report and Literature Review
In conclusion, even if there is no evidence of TB, we should be alert when diagnosing adrenal masses. Examinations of pathology, radiography, and hormone play important roles in determining the definite diagnosis of adrenal TB.Urol Int (Source: Urologia Internationalis)

Prospective Analysis of Versatility and User Satisfaction with a Novel Single-Use Cystoscope with Working Channel
Conclusion: The Ambu® aScope ™ 4 Cysto Reverse Deflection shows high satisfaction values among users in clinical routine. In analogy to other studies with flexible endoscopes, urologists with more professional experience show higher satisfaction values than examiners with less training in flexible endoscopy.Urol Int (Source: Urologia Internationalis)

MR-Guided Transurethral Ultrasound Ablation of Prostate Cancer: Initial Experience of Monitoring Tumor Response by Dynamic Apparent Diffusion Coefficient Measurements at 3.0 T
Conclusion: DWI with ADC as part of mpMRI can serve as a biomarker to dynamically monitor the follow-up after TULSA after 6 –12 months. For early posttreatment progression, it is not suitable due to too many confounding variables.Urol Int (Source: Urologia Internationalis)

Avoiding Prostate Biopsies in Patients at Low Risk for Prostate Cancer: A Prospective Evaluation of a PSA-Density-Based Safety Net
Conclusion: The concern of missing csPCa when omitting PBx in the risk-stratified pathway may be negated. Changes in risk stratification during follow-up should lead to subsequent PBx. We suggest implementing a safety net based on PSA density and digital rectal examination (DRE).Urol Int (Source: Urologia Internationalis)

LINC01002 Targets miR-650/FLNA Pathway to Suppress Prostate Cancer Progression
Conclusion: LINC01002 deregulation was linked to PCa development. LINC01002 exerted potential anticancer effects in PCa via targeting the miR-650/FLNA pathway, which, at least in part, provided a basis for the involvement of LINC01002 as a therapeutic target in PCa.Urol Int (Source: Urologia Internationalis)

Unilateral Suprainguinal Ectopic Scrotum: Case Report and Literature Review
We describe a case of left ectopic suprainguinal scrotum in a 14-month-old boy who had an undescended left testicle and a left-sided scrotal skin tag. Single-stage rotational flap scrotoplasty and unilateral orchiopexy were performed; however, we modified the surgical technique of scrotal rotation by excising the intervening longitudinal skin. Eight months after surgery, the repositioned scrotum had a better appearance, and the affected testicle was similar in size to the contralateral one. In comparison with other surgical methods, pedicle flap rotation of the ectopic scrotal skin with excision of the intervening longitud...

Clinical Utility of a 3D-Printed Patient-Specific Surgical Guide for Partial Nephrectomy
We describe the workflow to make the guide, which comprises computed tomography data acquisition and segmentation, incision line creation, surgical guide design, and its use during surgery. The guide was designed with a mesh structure that could be fixed to the renal parenchyma, indicating the projected incision line. During the operation, the 3D-printed surgical guide accurately indicated the incision line, without distortion. An intraoperative sonography was performed to locate the renal mass, which confirmed that the guide was well placed. The mass was completely removed, and the surgical margin was negative. No inflamm...

Clinical Features and Prognostic Factors of Metastatic Non-Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma: A Multicenter Study from the Turkish Oncology Group Kidney Cancer Consortium
Conclusion: In this study, survival outcomes are consistent with previous studies. The IMDC risk score and lung metastasis are the independent prognostic factors for OS. This is an area that needs research to better treat this group of patients and create new treatment options.Urol Int (Source: Urologia Internationalis)

Risk Factors for Intraoperative Hypothermia during Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate
Conclusion: General anesthesia, instead of spinal anesthesia, is recommended in high-risk patients with advanced age or low BMI to avoid intraoperative hypothermia during HoLEP. Two-stage morcellation may be considered for large adenomas, when a prolonged operative time and hypothermia are anticipated.Urol Int (Source: Urologia Internationalis)

Giant Hydronephrosis: A Rare Case Report and Literature Review
We report the case of a 51-year-old man who presented with dyspnea, edema of the lower limbs, and major abdominal distension. The patient was diagnosed with obstruction of the pyeloureteral junction, causing a left giant hydronephrotic kidney. After renal drainage of 27 L of urine, a laparoscopic nephrectomy was performed. GH usually manifests as asymptomatic abdominal distension or vague symptoms. However, very few published reports describe cases of GH initially presenting with respiratory and vascular manifestations.Urol Int (Source: Urologia Internationalis)

Outcome of Renal Function after Laparoscopic Pyeloplasty in Children with High-Grade Hydronephrosis
Conclusion: Nearly half of the patients with high-grade UPJO had improved renal function at 1 year follow-up after laparoscopic pyeloplasty. Preoperative DRF was a predictor of renal function improvement, and postoperative functional recovery was superior in children with lower preoperative DRF.Urol Int (Source: Urologia Internationalis)
