Protective effect of platelet-rich plasma against structural and functional changes of the adult rat testis in carbimazole-induced hypothyroidism
CONCLUSION: PRP appears to prevent the structural changes in the testes and the deterioration in sperm quality caused by CBZ-induced HT. Effect of nicotinamide mononucleotide on osteogenesis in MC3T3-E1 cells against inflammation-induced by lipopolysaccharide
CONCLUSION: This study showed that infection with Gram-negative bacteria disrupted the osteogenic differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells. This adverse effect was partially reversed by administering a high-dose of NMN. Metabolomic profiling of embryo culture media in patients with repeated implantation failure during assisted reproductive technology cycles
CONCLUSION: The metabolic profile of the culture medium of the embryos in the RIF group differed from that of the control group.
