More Annoyance
I try to eat and drink healthy. I try to avoid premade ' chemical ' food and use whole ingredients, meaning real, unprocessed food. In the mornings it may not be wise to get between me and my first cup of coffee. Later in the day, I like my herbal tea for its flavors and lack of caffeine anytime after 10 am.
