ACR names Smetherman CEO
The American College of Radiology (ACR) has named Dana Smetherman, MD, as its new CEO, effective July 1. She will become the ACR's first female CEO. Smetherman will succeed William Thorwarth Jr., MD, who will retire June 30 after more than 10 years of service.
