Cutting pristiq tablets during taper
I know that pristiq has time released coating, but is it okay to cut the tablet in half for a patient weaning off the medication? Ideally patient would take a lower prescribed dose but they do not want to pay for more medication. Anyone have experience with this issue? (Source: Student Doctor Network)
