Pharos Capital Group, the private equity firm co-headquartered in Dallas and Nashville led by Kneeland Youngblood, announced on Aug. 11 that its California-based post-acute care provider platform had purchased San Antonio-based Generations Hospice Care. The U.S. Social Security Administration has added pericardial mesothelioma to its Compassionate Allowances list, accelerating the disabilities application process for this very rare cancer.
