The September, October, November, and December 2023 monthly MeSH MARC files are now available at https://nlmpubs.nlm.nih.gov/projects/mesh/MESH_FILES/meshmarc/. These monthly files include the Descriptors and Qualifiers for the 2024 Production Year. The September file contains a republishing of the entire file, so it is recommended that the September full file is loaded followed by the October, November, and December updates. NLM Technical Bulletin, Nov-Dec 2023, Annual MeSH Processing for 2024 MeSH
The National Library of Medicine (NLM) is currently involved in Annual MeSH Processing (AMP) for 2024 Medical Subject Headings (MeSH). These include changing the MeSH main headings and subheadings as well as Supplementary Concept Records (SCRs) that standardize names and associated numbers for chemicals, protocols, diseases, and organisms that are not main headings. The MeSH edits include maintaining existing MEDLINE citations to conform with the 2024 version of MeSH, and other global changes. (Source: NLM Technical Bulletin)

The modernized version of the ClinicalTrials.gov public website has served as the primary site since June 2023. As the modernization effort continues, information about regulations and policies related to clinical trial registration and results reporting is being moved from the classic website to the modernized website.
