Census Bureau: Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for Review and Approval; Comment Request; Survey of Income and Program Participation
The Census Bureau is allowing an additional 30 days for comments on the Survey of Income and Program Participation (SIPP). Information obtained through the survey will be used to determine the relationship between income and participation in support programs like the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and others. Revisions include removing some latent COVID-19 pandemic content that is no longer relevant and reducing the sample. Comments are due within 30 days of this notice. Pre-publication notice of final rule from the Centers for Medicare& Medicaid Services (CMS) updating and revising the End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Prospective Payment System for calendar year 2024 and updates the payment rate for renal dialysis services furnished by an ESRD facility to individuals with acute kidney injury (AKI). This rule also updates requirements for the ESRD Quality Incentive Program (QIP) and the ESRD Treatment Choices Model. These regulations are effective January 1, 2024.
