Need a neurologist at Mayo Clinic MN

I am a physiatrist.
I need a couple options for a neurologist at the Mayo Clinic for a patient. Family member.
Outpatient. middle aged adult with nonspecific multi focal (about 10) bilateral subcentimeter white matter subcortical foci, high signal on T2. Asymptomatic. No neurological history.
Family history of amyloidosis with multiple myeloma.
Radiologist mentions, demyelination, vasculitis Migraine, Lyme, age related changes (pt in 40’s).
