ConMed closes $365m Buffalo Filter buy
ConMed (NSDQ:CNMD) said today that it closed its $365 million acquisition of Buffalo Filter from the Filtration Group. Buffalo Filter develops and produces surgical smoke evacuation technologies, including smoke evacuation pencils, smoke evacuators and laparoscopic solutions, ConMed said.
