This study aimed to show how sofosbuvir affected the adult male albino rat testis. Forty adult male albino rats were used. The rats were equally split into two main groups (I and II), then each group subdivided into two subgroups (A and B). Each rat in group I (control) received 0.5 ml of distilled water every day for four weeks.
