Gastrointestinal Bleeding Secondary to Iliac Artery Pseudoaneurysm in a Patient with Remote Pancreas Transplant: A Case Report
Vascular complications represent the most common cause of early graft failure after pancreatic transplantation (PT). Pseudoaneurysms are uncommon vascular complications that usually present within the first year post transplantation. (Source: Transplantation Proceedings)

Gastric Stump Cancer Following Gastrectomy after Renal Transplantation: A Case Report
A patient who had previously undergone a gastrectomy due to gastric ulcer perforation was admitted to our hospital. He presented with epigastric pain, poor oral intake accompanied with gastrointestinal bleeding, and was diagnosed with gastric stump cancer. He had a history of renal transplantation and was administered immunosuppressive agents. To alleviate the obstructive symptom and cure the gastrointestinal bleeding, the patient underwent surgical resection of the malignant tumor, with stable kidney function during the perioperative period. Impact of positive Donor-Specific HLA Antibodies (DSA) crossmatch on graft survival in ABO incompatible liver-kidney transplantation: A case report
We present a patient with positive donor-specific antibodies (DSA) and crossmatch of ABO-incompatible (ABOi) combined liver and kidney transplantation (CLKT). Antibody-mediated rejection did not occur and the graft has survived for over 1 year at the time of writing without infectious complications. A 56-year-old man with positive DSA and positive crossmatch underwent living donor CLKT. The preoperative protocol for ABOi consisted of a single dose of rituximab and total plasma exchange (TPE). The result of Anti-B antibody titer for IgG was 1:32. (Source: Transplantation Proceedings)

Relationship between uric acid, proteinuria, and atherogenic index of plasma in renal transplant patients
This study aimed to determine the association of atherogenic index of plasma (AIP) with both hyperurisemia and proteinuria in renal transplant recipient.Material-Methods: Between the years 2015 and 2017, 61 renal transplant recipients with at least 1 years of follow up were included in this retrospective chort study. Uric acid levels of ≥7mg/dL in males and ≥6mg/dL in females were accepted as hyperuricemia. The patients were seperated into groups according to their serum uric acid and AIP levels. Pre-formed AT1R Antibodies Are Associated with Rejection after Kidney Transplantation
Antibodies against AT1R have been increasingly recognized in association with rejection and poor allograft outcomes. Our goal is to define the prevalence of pre-formed antibodies against AT1R and evaluate the association with renal allograft outcomes in a consecutive cohort of 150 transplant recipients. Optimal Settings for Double Filtration Plasmapheresis with a Targeted Removal Rate of Preexisting Antibody in Antibody-incompatible Kidney Transplant
Elimination of preexisting donor-reactive antibodies is essential for antibody-incompatible kidney transplantation. Double filtration plasmapheresis (DFPP) using albumin (Alb) replacement fluid (Rf) removes immunoglobulin more selectively than plasma exchange; however, fixed-dose treatment can result in insufficient removal of antibody or excess loss of osmotic pressure and subsequent hypotension. The aim of this study was to determine the optimal setting (volume and concentration of Rf) of DFPP to remove donor-reactive antibodies. (Source: Transplantation Proceedings)
