Establishment of an immortalized cell line derived from human adenomyosis ectopic lesions
This study aimed to establish a line of immortalized human adenomyosis ectopic cell (ihAMEC) to change this situation. Primary cells were obtained from AM ectopic lesion tissue and then infected with Simian Vacuolating Virus 40 Tag (SV40 T) lentivirus and screened to establish immortalized cells.
