Management of Pregnancy in a Case of Endolymphatic Sac Tumour as a Part of Von Hippel –Lindau Syndrome Complex: A Case Report and Review of Literature
We present a case of a woman diagnosed to have left cerebello pontine angle endolymphatic sac tumour with low grade adenocarcinoma, underwent left radical mastoidectomy and tumour decompression; developed left cerebellar vermian haemangioma a nd a left occipito temporal haemangioblastoma who successfully conceived and had an uneventful pregnancy and Caesarean delivery with good maternal and neonatal outcome, due to its rarity. Efficacy of Levonorgestrel Intrauterine System in the Management of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding: A Retrospective Analysis of a 100 Women
ConclusionA levonorgestrel intrauterine system significantly reduces bleeding in menorrhagia due to benign causes and is found to be highly effective in the management of various gynaecological pathologies such as endometrial polyps, adenomyosis and endometrial hyperplasia when insertion perfomed after dilatation and curettage/polypectomy. Effect of Oral Mifepristone on Modified Bishop ’s Score in Term Pregnancy
